I have downloaded the app several times, and follow theinstall instuctions. Then………noting happens-repeatedly. I do not have a firewall to block and it shows it is virus free on Norton. Have Win 10 v 1903.
HOw can I get this to install and register properly. Thanks.I’m using Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362 and didn’t run into any problems installing. My scanner (Fujitsu S1500) doesn’t support Twain or WIA so in order to use this I have to “scan-to-file” and then import. Not great software compared to others that I’ve used, but will do the basics in a simple Windows XP like interface. I was even able to update it to the newest version.
By the way, my favorite pdf software to date is PDF Viewer Plus 7.1, as I mostly want to create fillable PDF files. I got it for free back when I used to use PaperPort but I’m sure there are copies available. I’ve tried the newer versions of this same software though that I wanted to throw in the garbage.
[@reed] Thanks for your reply. i have used Paperport for years and wanted to try something new. Ill try to download and install it on an older dell with an earlier verioun of Win 10. AGain, thanks. LMS
