soft XpansionGuestIf there are any questions on usage or activation, you can send your request to [email protected].
If the activation “by internet” fails, your firewall is blocking the access to our activation center. In this case, please send your product key and your hardware code (you can see it in the activation dialog at “activation by mail”) to [email protected].

Peter BlaiseGuestWell, that’s too bad.
Folks, do not download this, and if you did, rip it out, the vendor has no idea how to even offer a working trial for all our efforts.
They have trust issues, and until they get over them, there’s no reason for us to play along, we are not therapists, we are here to test software and give feedback, and get working copies in return for our efforts, and the vendor gets to build goodwill in the market, raising a sense of trusting familiarity after a positive and favorable experience.
And that’s my feedback, sadly, on their bang-your-head-against-a-wall licensing game, the software won’t even work as a trial.
Kill it and move on.

Alternatives:
Adobe, Foxit, and half a dozen others offer at least a working trial of PDF editors.
Adobe Creative Suite CS 2 with Acrobat Pro 8.0 is available free, do a web search for a download with license, and Adobe has incredibly valuable OCR, which today’s non-offer does not even presume to promise, though nothing works in today’s offer anyway.
Sorry, Ashraf, but you might tell vendors to clean up their act and attitude, and treat us with respect, or they will get none in return.
Perhaps they will return with a working offer – that’s up to them, after they go through a severe attitude change, I guess, maybe even rotate their personnel to get their security scaredy-pants out of their marketing department.
.AshrafKeymaster[@Peter Blaise] Sounds like there may be technical issues with the program and your particular computer. I would contact them to see if they can get it resolved.
Aisha HashmiGuest[ @Ashraf] The code doesnt work, and firewall setup on my laptop is not blocking anything. It says a 16 digit code will be sent to me but the code I got, on the page and in the email, is only 8 digits long. It seems like they WANT you to email them and confirm somehow that you are a real person, or that your email is real? Why not supply with the correct amount of digits and just let us register the software? Or else, maybe they should not offer it for free except through the website directly? Just my thoughts. I should not have to waste 30 minutes of my time getting something supposedly free… ANd thanks for all you do here on the site!
Dave EngelsGuestI got the activation code. However when trying to install the program, I went through all the steps, but when clicking ‘Setup.exe’, nothing happened. Tried several times, same result. Malware programs de-activated, but same result.
Program looks interesting, but if the signin/activation/install failures are any indication of the program’s dependability there are serious problems for sure.OsborneGuestI looked at some reviews of this proggy and decided to dload it. When installing, it said that I was missing some C++ files and offered to download/install them, so I said yes. After installing (what I presumed was the program) I could not find it to open and register it! So I “presumed” that the installation procedure that ran was the dload and install of the C++ files and so I ran Install again and got asked a couple of “new” questions, responded and the installation proceeded and finished. THEN I found the program in the Menu and started it, put in my activation code and Activated it. All went well and it reported that it was registered and I also got a screen from their website explaining that thanks for my “purchase” and if I needed any help to contact them and “too keep the program updated” which is not permitted according to the SOS description… or is it? My 8 digit code included in the download page from SOS worked fine.
JoaoGuestIf you didn’t receive the key first time u tried (that happened to me too), then submit again your request with same data on sharewareonsale site, so you will receive another mail, but this time you will have the key on it. Run the SETUP file from the ZIP extracted files. As for activation, make sure computer is connected to the internet and choose internet activation.
AKGuestInstall link download the folder but did not installed automatically. I had to go to downloaded folder, extracted the file and clicked the setup. The opening screen with logo just hangs and do not proceed further. Had to end task through task manager. Tried many time. No luck. If there is a way out, please suggest.
Carl RichardsonGuestinstaller opens file manager – then does nothing

Hi Peter,
A year or two ago, I downloaded what may be the free Acrobat package you refer to — I’d have to go back to check. There seemed to be umpteen hoops that I had to jump through in my attempts to get it working, involving (I think) missing or outdated DLL files that required updating, one by one. Never did actually succeed in getting it working, under Win 7 x64. So, that proved unavailing, but I’m willing to revisit this, particularly for the OCR angle. In the past, I took a look at CAD-KAS PDF Editor Pro, which looks powerful but struck me as being rather complicated. PDF Element has an editor which they make great claims for and promote widely, may have a low-cost academic-oriented edition (?), may offer a money-back guarantee (?), and which they deeply discount on periodic deals. I bought a license for a previous version of their program, but have not had occasion to use it much. The most I can say is that it may hold some promise for an easier user interface.
[Getting powerful features + relative ease of use may be a big Ask for most any sort of program.]Juan Carlos Villanueva de la FuenteGuestMe gustaría recibir este software ya que tengo la necesidad de editar documentos.
