I downloaded Podsilo and installed it on my Win7 64bit PC. It installed successfully.
Unfortunately every time I try to run it I get a message saying Podsilo has stopped running and it asks me if I want to find a fix on the internet. I went to Molliesoft website to get help but could find no way to contact the developers.
I downloaded the trial version from the Molliesoft website, installed it and got the same problem.
Any help from the developer would be appreciated.

64 bit win7 – Installed but nothing appeared when run from shortcut or PodSilo.exe – Tried again several times and got Remove or Repair message – Tried both, redownloaded, changed compatibility, ran as Admin, etc. but no luck. – Same results from website download.

I had the same unsuccessful results as Ed, but running Windows 10. Not a good experience.

[@MerleOne] Hi MerleOne, there is apparently a problem with my splash screen on some graphics cards. Can you please try this: edit the text file %localappdata%\PodSilo\Config\PodSilo.cfg, find the text “splashScreen: True;” in the second line, and change it to “splashScreen: False;”. Then launch PodSilo again. This will prevent the splash screen from appearing and may fix your issue.Jul 19, 2017 at 5:26 pm #8464829
