I have entered all the registration details as required several times already but it does not register!

Yes, it does register if you do it correctly. Did the Register button turn yellow? If so look on the taskbar for a blinking icon and click on that. You will now see a window asking if you allow Print Maestro to make changes to your system. Click Yes and you will be registered.
Finally registered! Make sure no blank space at end of copy/paste registration information.
Will not register. Tried several times, keeps telling me that the registration name is wrong. Copied it exactly as defined
in the email. No spaces after the entry.Thank you Rockfox – it seems to take some time to register and then it still reads unregistered until you restart the program. Anyway, problem now solved.
[ @Ashraf] Installation went OK, entered registration info, got a popup that registration was accecpted, closed and restarted program and it does not show to be registered.
Seems like a good app to organize my folders with audio books, but needs more testing.
[@Chas] You may need to run it as admin, some programs require that to ‘save’ registration.

The report produced by Print Maestro as HTML has a DOCTYPE that implies the HTML is 4.01 Strict, however the code generated does not conform to the standard. Browsers are very forgiving with poorly written HTML, but that should be used as an indication that the output is acceptable.
I know that you are using FlexCel 6.14 to produce the HTML, so maybe you can either get them to correct the problem, or manipulate the data they produce.
To get the output to be correct would not take very much effort:
Img Src data should not have broken lines. The lines could be long, but not broken up into multiple lines.
URLs cannot contain a space character; if a file in the report has spaces in its name, it forms an invalid URL. The spaces should be changed to percent20 (%20).
Ampersands cannot be used in an URL as a single character; they need to be changed to
&to be processed correctly.Would it be possible to consider these changes for the future?
I hope the above does not get processed such that what I am showing gets converted. Hopefully this is enough information that you can research the details.
