Unable to execute file:

[@Jane] Try reinstalling into your Program Files (x86) folder. Does your computer support 64-bit apps? It will need to in order to run the s/w.
How do you install a SCC_Caption_Decoder_SWOS.pkg?
[@James] The PKG file is for Mac users. Just double-click it to start the installer. If you are on Windows you’ll need to use the other link.

SCC Caption Decoder won’t launch on my Windows 7 pro.
It says it’s from a CreateProcess failed; code 216.
