The program doesn’t accept the registration code you sent me.
My license code doesn’t work. Says I’ve used it on this device before, which I know I have not.

Downloaded and installed fine on a Win10 Home x64 system. I’ve used this in the past and it worked well.
Their registration is somewhat unique so be sure to read and pay attention to the instructions and the difference between the activation code and license code and where to input them.
One thing that is confusing me. This offer states it is for the premium edition however, nowhere on the UI does it state “Premium”. To add to the confusion, on the license page, below the license information, there are 2 options linked under “License Extension”. One is “Extend Freemium” and the other is “Purchase Premium”.
Is there a way to tell if one has the premium as opposed to the free version?

How am I supposed to know whether or not this offer is better than what I have?Because this offer includes updates, after downloading it will upgrade to v.5.3.1. Or you can just put this new license code into your existing package and it will give you 2 years from now.
I know the offer is expired now so not sure this will even help you. That’s the bad thing about having this “discussion” on a different page from the offer is that few people look see it and questions rarely get answered, as evidenced by mine above asked on the second day of the offer. I believe that would not be the case if it was on the same page, either above or below the reviews.
