I do not think it is very honest to keep on offering giveaways as long as they have not solved this deactivation issue they know they have.
I couldn’t agree with you more! I’m starting to uninstall each SoftOrbits’ product as it becomes deactivated, and FotoSketcher is an excellent alternative. Plus, its creator is very active in keeping it up-to-date and he communicates with his users.
[@Suze] Something that makes me even more angry: two days ago, when SoftOrbits Photo Stamp Remover was offered on another site (Giveawayoftheday), I complained that all my SoftOrbits programs, recently reinstalled after the SoftOrbits people had promised on the site this would not happen any more, were deactivated AGAIN. Another poster replied he was happy to discover he was not the only one with this issue (he/she must have been new to the site…) And then, poof! Both our comments were gone! They were in no way rude or abusive. And, strangely enough, not one single post of the 30+ displayed afterwards mentioned the problem, while we all have been ranting about it at each SoftOrbits giveaway. What is the value of positive feedback if negative feedback is censored? Glad to see there is still free speech here.
@ouialaraison: my second reply to yours didn’t make it, so I’m posting it separately.
The same thing happened to me on the GotD site — my comment earlier in December about another one of SoftOrbit’s installed programs becoming deactivated never made it into the comment section. Interesting — it does look like GotD doesn’t want to jeopardize its relationship with SO!!
I’m tempted to start a thread in GotD’s Forums page about this on-going problem ;-)
[@Suze] I was considering that too! Starting a thread not only about SoftOrbits, but, more generally, about possible censorship on GOTD. Actually, I already registered on the forum just for that purpose. If you do start a thread, I will come and post. If you haven’t done it in a few days, I will do it myself and you will be welcome to post. If no such thread appears on the forum, it will mean that we have been censored there too.
@ouialaraison: Sounds like a plan. Either way, let’s make sure we let each other know if we post on GotD’s Forum (skweiss @ verizon dot net). That way, we’ll know if either one of us is censored if our posts don’t show up . . .

Sketch Drawer pro is an amazing way to cheat your way into art. The idea behind Sketch Drawer is converting your loved images into sketches. It uses color contrasts and edges to create drawing and shading points hence giving you a rather impressive black and white pencil sketch.
