Ctrl+Z can have multiple levels in some cases, like in performing multiple menu items, but not working if editing text. Also, if I choose the option HTTP Encode, then do an Undo, the last line of the file will always have extra text. This can be easily seen by starting with any multi-line file, then select the Text Menu | HTTP Encode, then do the Ctrl+Z.
Being able to strip blank lines is useful at times. It has many small tricks like that to help the software developer.
