Hi, dear Would you please share the screenshot to me? [email protected]
nick sheesanGuestWhat is a “wartmark”? Also, editing doesn’t seem to do anything.
PandaGuestProgram does not allow me to open images from my pc. :(
Shane StevenGuest[@Panda] If you are Mac user, you should approve the permission first.
Pete BendallGuestThe program will not register with the license key provided.
Please help.Pete WGuestVery much a complete waste of people’s time: the registration process is absurd, requiring a new user to hit the UPGRADE button even though she/he doesn’t want to upgrade anything, merely register the darned program. The install & register instructions — which should be simple enough to write — mysteriously fail to explain exactly what one is supposed to do, as if the software author can’t be bothered to spend any more time on the product:
“You can register by going to the UPGRADE button from within the main program window. Enjoy!”
And, er, that’s it!
No mention of the fact that two options exist after pasting in the license code: UPGRADE and PURCHASE. You must pick one or the other if you want to progress registration of the license.
Click on ‘purchase’, is a waste of time: and you’re immediately taken to a store and asked to pay;
Click on UPGRADE and you’re immediately (and repeatedly) told the license doesn’t work, even if you’ve minimized the possibility of error by not using the mouse to copy and paste but have instead gone Cntrl+C and then Cntrl+V;
If whoever designed this software is incapable of designing a sensible registration process, it’s impossible to have any faith in the product itself. Who knows, some inbuilt glitch arising from lousy coding might wreck your image(s)?
I’ve never heard of Vertexshare before and would definitely never wish to hear of it again; this really is amateurishness redefined, and not software worthy of any kind of serious consideration.
