“Import failed!”
When I tried to run the installed program, using the shortcut created during installation, I got a message to the effect that it was looking for a .msi (installation) file rather than the installed executable file, on a resource that was not accessible. I deleted that shortcut and created a new one, pointing to the correct executable file, and the program now runs.
I hope this will be of help to some people if they run into the same problem.Software downloaded fine. Set up my license. when I click to download the license file, it says there is an error and tells me how to set up an error page? This is not what I need. They need to fix this in order for us to use their product.

I had no problems with the directions given to get this product installed. However, I was surprised to see I already had an account with this company. After inserting the license text, I kept getting this popup window: Successfully specify licences file! Please specify again after the file path changed. Kept being referenced as a free trial program. I kept going to the license text and then the light bulb lit up in my head……….close and reopen the program. I did and now it is the professional version. Hope this helps. Thank you Ashraf for having this today and thank you to Sanwhole for allowing it as a giveaway.

Had that issue too after Registering new account. Site sent email link to address but then clicking email link to confirm I got a Registered Ok at site, but failed Login (invalid acct). Online chat, thanks Norman, at site corrected it all. Be patient because maybe bit overload since most actions seemed to lag unusually long time. That goes too for part where you go to get the small download license file. After clicking Purchase it may hang a bit. Second try worked after a few seconds. Installed to D internal drive. If put into an existing Folder be sure to also add a name for the whole program else it will dump its goods into the root of Folder even though installer shows: Folder\ Better to make: Folder\Vole As to program, well quick look seems pretty basic and easy enough to follow. On first run it does a check of your OS to be sure it is compatible with Vole and anything needed for full use (like it side optionally install Acrobat Reader).
Windows 10 seems fully accepted. There’s a heavy $discount during Promotion if want to host with Vole.
Not sure how much I carry on with this one but glad for look-see.
