I have installed your program on my 64 bit PC, running Windows 10 but when I run the program it seems to start OK but then just hangs.
Any advice would be most welcome.Hi my name is John, recently I downloaded Zortam Mp3 Media Studio PRO, every time I try to run the programs it boots up ok, however when I try to create a media library the program crashes, it says a problem has stopped zortam from working, I have never had any issues with any share ware on sale programs before.can you please help me with this issue.
P.S. It also seems to be setting of my antivirus programs 2, I am using a program called webroot secure anyware.

Spectacular program. More features than I could ever imagine using. Still trying to figure the YouTube to MP3 converter but everything else is simple and logical to use.

In the reviews it was said that the program only plays files through one channel, very obvious on headphones. Also that after pausing a song, when you resume it starts from the beginning. Looks like they have fixed this:
I’m running version 23.5 right now, with headphones, and Born on the Bayou sounds excellent in both left and right channels. Good stereo separation, the opening guitar sound moves from one side to the other, the lead guitar is on one side and rhythm guitar on the other. Yes folks, it’s stereo. Not one channel.
When I hit the Pause button, the song stops and the Pause button becomes a Play button. When I hit this Play button, the song resumes from the point where I paused it. I can do this many times in a song, it’s never failed.
When I hit the Stop button, the song stops and the Pause button becomes a Play button. When I hit this Play button, the song starts over from the beginning. Makes sense to me and works every time.Also, I reorganized my hard drives so songs had moved. I see no way to tell Zortam about this so I deleted them all from the library. With a now empty library, it was very easy to go to File menu and select Add Folder, then find the folder with my songs in it. They all showed up in the library, ready to play. I like that I can choose what music files to include.
Program is full of features (many nice surprises!) but you can learn them as you need them.

When I run the SharewareOnSale Giveaway program Zortam Mp3 Media Studio 24.00 program the header say UNREGISTERED. The PDF Screenshot I took when I downloaded the SharewareOnScreen program says if it is unregistered enter the folloing in the License Key information.

SharewareOnSale exclusive license key: 0ADD-135E-F6FD-3CFF-6E4B-49D0-A291-0B56When I press Ok I receive the following error:
Invalid registration number or key.
