¿Que son los aditivos alimentarios?
Son sustancias que se agregan intencionadamente a los alimentos y bebidas con objetivo de modificar y mejorar sus propiedades físicas, sabores, conservación, etc... Hay algunos aditivos que son seguros, pero otros son nocivos para la salud y los consumimos de forma habitual en los alimentos.
