Each pose is in English with the equivalent Sanskrit translation, additional images are given when the pose can be achieved in more than one way.
As a professional Yoga teacher, Ana has also included a series of Sequences which give ideal flow of poses for you to practice, these range from simple Warm Up to Weight Loss sequences.
