Description

CameraMicAlert communicates with the core camera and mic interface built into Android to detect if the camera or mic is in use by malware or software. CameraMicAlert then alerts you by updating an ongoing notification that is present in the notification menu.

CameraMicAlert also provides a list of all the times the camera and/or Mic was activated and a list of suspected apps this can be viewed by clicking the activity log button displayed in the app

CameraMicAlert keeps all this information on your device and doesn't share it with any external service.
