Pointers when setting up P2P/Cloud DVRs and PTZ cameras.
Ensure cloud is showing "connected" on the DVR Internet settings or it ain't gonna work!
Check the LAN cable is OK that goes to the router
Is the DHCP ticked as it should be.
Restart the DVR and check that the "Cloud" is connected
Download the relevant APP
Scan the SN [serial number] or UID number into the APP
You should now be connected
All APPs are different but you may have to select Live View and then the DVR you wish to connect to
