Set up Gmail on the counter's Android device and you can be executing paperless Inventory Cylce Counting within minutes.

AppSpider Inventory Cycle Count is an Andoid smartphone/tablet app that supports the cycle count function of any inventory system.

How it works:

1. Export the inventory system count file to a CSV file format.

2. Match the CSV file columns to the AppSpider template.

3. Email that file to the counter's device.

4. Counter opens the email attachment with AppSpider and the Cycle Count App will start the count.

5. The counter will then email the entire count back when the days Cycle Count is complete.


The AppSpider Inventory Cycle Count app directs the user by location to record the count of each tag sent.
