The app lets you save and re-use the sign in/out sheet, so you can see and maintain the contact database of your event guests over time. If you would like to share the sheet with your team members at office, class, open house, workshop or seminar, simply tap e-mail, to send the information instantly anytime and anywhere. Alternatively, you can locally save and email the Event Guest Register to yourself.
The app also includes a column for "Comments" which you could change to "Purpose of Visit". A simple and an easy to use event register app at your events.
