Writing an excise bill is time consuming. You have to calculate all the taxes in the invoice and total them and write the bill.
Some times We sell a product with a specific price inclusive of all taxes.
But while writing the Excise Invoice you have to break up the values for the taxes.


We have a free app for this, EXCISE CALCULATOR. In which we have to enter the basic Price and enter the corresponding Tax rates and press the button GET VALUES.Then you will get all the Tax values and the final Gross Price. To get the required Gross price we have to do Trial and error method by entering different basic prices to get the desired Gross Price..

But In EXCISE CALCULATOR PRO you have two options.One is the same as the EXCISE CALCULATOR and the second option is you can enter the required Gross price and press GET VALUES. You will get the Basic Price directly and the corresponding TAX rates.

For example you sell a product with price 200/- inclusive of all taxes.
when you are writing the bill you have to find the Basic price and add up all the taxes required to get the final price of 200/-. It is very hectic to do all the calculations to find the basic price.
Open the app and you will see the default page in which there is an option to enter the Basic Price and the Tax rates. But if you know the Gross price and want to find out the Basic price press the button CLICK IF YOU KNOW GROSS PRICE on the top. You will get a new page in which you will have an option to enter in the Gross Price field.
Enter 200 here. And also enter the tax rates in the required fields. For example enter the Tax rates as follows
Excise tax 12.5%
Edu Cess 2.0%
Sec.Edu Cess 1.0%
VAT 5.0%

For writing the invoice you can enter the quantity of the product also so that you can write the values directly in the invoice.
After entering all the values press GET VALUES.
You will get The Basic price as 168.75/-. and the corresponding values for all as per the quantity.

Now write the Invoice with the help of the values very easily.
