In dieser App werden die Eintragungen in das Handels-, Genossenschafts- und Partnerschaftsregister angezeigt.
( Bekanntmachungen gemäß § 10 HGB und den sich darauf beziehenden weiteren Vorschriften sowie die Bekanntmachungen gemäß § 66 BGB).

Es sind die Bekanntmachungen der Registergerichte derjenigen Bundesländer, die in der Länderübersicht aufgeführt sind, zu finden. Die Bekanntmachungen erfolgen in dieser App ab dem Zeitpunkt, ab dem sich das betreffende Bundesland dem Online-Verfahren angeschlossen und die Übermittlung der Daten zum Zwecke der Veröffentlichung auf dieser Internetseite aufgenommen hat. Die einzelnen Registergerichte sind zuständig für die Rechtsträger, die ihren Sitz im Bezirk des jeweiligen Gerichts haben.

Welche Informationen sind in diesem Angebot zu finden?
In dieser App werden alle Eintragungen veröffentlicht, bei denen nach §§ 10 HGB, § 156GenG, § 5 Abs. 2 PartGG und ggf. weiteren gesetzlichen Bestimmungen eine öffentliche Bekanntmachung durch die Gerichte vorgesehen ist. Darüber hinaus werden solche Eintragungen und Verfügungen veröffentlicht, bei denen das Gericht eine entsprechende Veröffentlichung im Einzelfall angeordnet hat. Enthalten sind damit auch die sog. Löschungsankündigungen. Beispielhaft können folgende Eintragungen genannt werden:
Die Eintragung eines neuen Rechtsträgers, z.B. einer Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbH) mit Firma/Name, Unternehmensgegenstand, Sitz, Stammkapital, Vertretungsberechtigten (Geschäftsführern, Prokuristen) etc.
Änderungen der Firmen, Sitzverlegungen oder Veränderungen bei sonstigen Rechtsverhältnissen eingetragener Unternehmen

Darüber hinaus können die vollständigen Registerblätter, aus denen alle relevanten Eintragungen zu einem Rechtsträger ersichtlich sind, über das Internet abgerufen werden.
