Dopo aver indicato quali informazioni sono necessarie per ogni articolo, l’utente può procedere al caricamento della propria anagrafica manualmente o tramite file.
Leggendo un barcode l’utente può verificare la giacenza attuale del prodotto e aggiungerne un quantitativo extra oppure, se l’articolo non è presente in anagrafica, può decidere di inserirlo in fase di lettura.
E’ possibile modificare in qualsiasi momento la giacenza dei prodotti (anche senza l’utilizzo del loro barcode) e viene fornito uno storico contenente le ultime 10 operazioni che hanno modificato le quantità degli articoli.
Una volta terminata l’operazione, il cliente potrà decidere se esportare il file in formato CSV o in TXT per poterlo visualizzare ed elaborare comodamente su PC.
Installando l’app su diversi dispositivi è possibile suddividere il proprio magazzino in parti, assegnando ad ogni periferica la propria zona, per poi unificarli tramite la funzione “incorpora file”.
