KiddoCare is a full service daycare management application intended for small, home based child care. With KiddoCare, the daycare provider will be able to track attendance, set schedules, reminders, and even generate a professional billing report for their customers.

A full list of features is explained below.

Settings
This is where the user will input the name of the day care, address, and the provider's information that will be used on the billing report.
Setup chargeable amounts for providing care. Hourly and daily rates for separate age groups and number of hours to equal the daily rate.
For example, you charge $5.00 per hour for toddlers and the daily rate is $25.00. Select 5 hours to equal the daily rate. If the child is in care for 6hrs, the total charge will be $25.00 for the day not $30.00. There are many options here for the user to choose from.

Registration
Add new children into your care and register all their vital information (addresses, phone numbers,emergency contact, their picture etc.) and Choose a discount to be applied to the child account
Insert and track medical information (shot records, medications, allergies) discounts and even the child's favorite activities!
Need to update the registration? Use the drop down to select the child's name and tap edit to populate all the previously entered information. Make your changes and tap save.

Calendar
From the calendar/Main page, the user is able to setup a schedule for future attendance, or perhaps the provider is planning a field trip either way adding a new calendar event is easy and convenient. Also, in similar fashion, the user can set up reminders. Perhaps a child requires medication at a specific time, simply click on the Task button to setup a new task or view the scheduled tasks for the selected day. When the task is complete, simply tap the Task Title to update the status.
Many states also require the care provider to keep track of meals that are provided. Well kiddoCare helps you with that too. Simply select the date and tap Meal Plan on the main page to be taken to the planned meal for that day. Need to add a new plan? simply tap add new Meal Plan to add all the items for the meal. This application follows the MyPlate meal plan in accordance with most state requirements making it simple and easy to ensure the children in your care receive balanced and nutritious meals while in your care.

Attendance
Need to check a child in or out? Simply go to the attendance page and tap the child's name quickly and easily. Perhaps you forgot to check the child in when they arrived? no problem, swipe left to add specific times and dates if necessary.

Billing
Finally the fun part, Getting paid for all your hard work! Head over to the billing page, select the billing period start and stop dates and select the child from the drop down box. The attendance for the selected child will populate automatically and display the total amount due prior to the discount added during registration. You can also generate a printable professional bill for the child's parent/guardian which will detail an itemized report to include daily billable amounts, time the child was in care and of course the total owed after the applied discount.

The future of KiddoCare
Future releases will bring much more functionality. Planned features include cloud database backup, ParentLink, Payment options for the parents via credit card and google play and many more report generation options.
