Le illustrazioni, in massima parte a colori, sono tratte dal ricchissimo archivio di testi, di foto e di dischi dell'Autore, Vito Saturno che, in 19 anni di lavoro ha creato un data base di circa 11.000 Locali nei quali la Pizza è protagonista, in tutta l'Italia.
