About the Author Lean EQ app
Valeria Kozlova (http://corporate-eq.com/about_valeria.html) is an expert of emotional intelligence, the lecturer of Lviv Business School, mental coach, author of a training program EQ-BOOST (http://corporate-eq.com/eq_boost.html) for improvement of the emotional intelligence of top managers and teams, mentor of business owners of IT companies and startups.
Also Valeria for the few years was a mental coach of participant of Rio 2016 Olympics. She has degrees in medicine and psychology and studied Behavioral Approach and System Approach in two projects in Sweden and Poland.
20 years of studying the factors which accelerate the implementation of changes and business processes have led Valeria to the creation of Lean-EQ technology which is a part of this app.
