Lity automatically interprets your temperatures and lets you know where it thinks you are in your monthly fertility cycle using easy to understand colors. For the advanced users, your temperature charts and raw data are available directly through the Health App making it easy for you to do more advanced analysis.
In order to use this application, you will need to purchase a Base Basal Thermometer (BBT Thermometer) that you will need to use in order to take your temperature. These are available at most drug stores.
Lity does not require any personal information other than your Base Basal Temperature. Your temperatures are stored securely on your phone and no other personal information is required.
