Endelig en Low FODMAP-app som er tilpasset norsk mat og norske forbrukere!

Det kan være frustrerende, forvirrende og vanskelig å skulle begi seg ut i FODMAP-verden, men denne appen er ment å gjøre Low FODMAP-hverdagen enklere for alle som sliter med IBS eller har mageplager. Forskningsinformasjon er hentet med tillatelse fra Haukeland Universitetssykehus. Mollyosa har i tillegg forholdt seg til mengdebegrensningen som Monash University anbefaler.

I appen finner du følgende:

- Matvarer (oppdateres jevnlig basert på oppdatert forskningsinformasjon)

- Ferdigprodukter som du kan finne i norske butikker (Low FODMAP). Nye produkter legges jevnlig inn.

- Oppskrifter som er tilpasset norske brukere. Nye oppskrifter vil legges inn jevnlig. Tips: Trykk på merkelappen på fremsiden av oppskriftene for å lagre dine favoritt-oppskrifter. Disse legger seg i Favoritter på hovedmenyen.

I hovedmenyen finner du i tillegg følgende:

- Informasjon om Low FODMAP

- Handleliste: Legg ulike matvarer rett i handlelisten ved å trykke på handlekurv-symbolet. I oppskriftene kan du legge alle ingrediensene i handlekurven ved å trykke på "Legg alt i handlekurv".


Oversikt over matvarer er sortert i matgrupper.

Oversikt over frukt, bær og grønnsaker ligger i tillegg i alfabetisk rekkefølge. Under søking får du opp alle matvarer som er i appen.

Hver matvare er markert etter FODMAP-innhold:
Grønn: Lavt FODMAP-innhold
Gul: Medium FODMAP-innhold
Rød: Høyt FODMAP-innhold

It can be frustrating, confusing and difficult should embark in FODMAP world, but this app is supposed to do Low FODMAP-life easier for all who struggle with IBS or abdominal pain. Research Information is excerpted with permission from Haukeland University Hospital. Mollyosa has also dealt with the quantity limitation as Monash University recommends.

The app provides the following:

- Food (updated regularly based on updated research information)

- Finished Products that you may find in Norwegian shops (Low FODMAP). New products are added regularly enter.

- Recipes adapted Norwegian users. New recipes will be added regularly. Tip: Press the label on the front of the recipes to save your favorite recipes. These settles Favorites on the main menu.

In the main menu you will also find the following:

- Information about Low FODMAP

- Shopping list: Add different foods straight to the list by pressing the shopping cart icon. In recipes you can add all the ingredients in the basket by pressing the "Add all to cart."


Summary of foods grouped into food groups.

Overview of fruit, berries and vegetables is in addition alphabetically. During search brings up all the foods that are in the app.

Each food is marked by FODMAP content:
Green: Low FODMAP content
Yellow: Medium FODMAP content
Red: High FODMAP content
