We also understand that it can be difficult to stay motivated and that every Yogi has their own level of skill so you can choose to hold poses for 30 seconds or a minute and can adjust the difficulty level to suit you, however you will need to complete the sessions to unlock the more advanced poses...adding an element of gaming to your yoga training experience.
