Приложение Pcn-SMS принимает SMS сообщения в формате: CONTACTID. Сообщения отображаются в удобном для пользователя виде и воспроизводятся голосом. Карточка объекта хранит описание разделов, зон и ответственных лиц (хоз. органов) с фотографиями ответственных лиц. Для тестирования можно использовать эмулятор входящих SMS.
