This issue is dedicated to the State of Zacatecas and its five Magical Towns. In the rural and semi-desert landscape of this magical town, develops a prodigious fruit, blue agave, which is the raw material for mezcal. Finally, it is very nice to mention Sombrerete, a magical town that takes its name from a natural feature, a hill in the form of a hat. Years ago, this site was dedicated to the production of silver, activity that led it to excel its economic development and encouraged trade and agriculture.
