You can also set general rules. Just hit "Settings" on main UI of smart silent app to Automatic activate ringer mode if you receive missed calls from any contacts on your phone or mobile numbers not in your contacts list.
You can also change Notification tone which can be "Ringtone" or "Alarm tone" or "default tone" when Ringer is activated through "Settings" UI.
