Voetbaloefenstof van een hoog niveau, dezelfde trainingen die toptrainers ook gebruiken. Alle oefeningen zijn door mij meermalen op de training gegeven. Ik ben ongeveer 25 jaar voetbaltrainer met de UEFA B licentie, waarvan 20 jaar in Nederland en 5 jaar voetbaltrainer in Duitsland. Meestal heb ik de eerste elftallen van 2e, 3e of 4e klas KNVB teams getraind. In Duitsland Bezirksliga en Kreisliga. Zelf heb ik op hoofdklasseniveau gevoetbald.
De kartotheek bestaat uit 6 delen van elk 50 oefeningen. Football Exercises a high level, the same workouts that use trainers. All exercises are repeatedly given by me on the training.
