It is said that in order to form a new habit you need to practise the habit for
thirty days in a row. ZenZone makes this easy by providing a short two-minute meditation
for you to practise whenever you need a short break. Even two minutes will help form the habit as
well as providing the other benefits of meditation.
If you want to get the feel of being in the elements other meditations are available as well.

Umea in northern Sweden.
ZenZone features four meditations with more being added. The basic meditations are:
- Two minute meditation: Short enough for anytime during the workday. The meditation starts and ends
with three strikes on a meditation bowl. In between there is only silence to allow for quick focus.
- Fire meditation: Five minutes of sounds from a small fireplace
by the river. Intended to make you calm as well as energised.
- Water meditation: Recorded upstream this ten minute track of the trickling of the river
will balance your mind and help you restore order to your thoughts.
- Air meditation: Fifteen minutes of a mild breeze flowing through aspen leaves, this meditation is
meant to make it easier for you to go with the flow.
