I am unable to install the software. It just disappears when I click on Install button. Please advice what to do next .
I have the similar experience like John. After press the install button, the installation program just disappear and nothing happen. No message is shown or processing happen??
Impossible to install, same thing as previous posts.
After successful downloaded and run the installation encounters flash out.
I have the same issue as in the previous posts.
I get up to the point of confirming the installation folder and the dialogue boxes disappears, the install crashes. I’ve tried to do it again, watching the various processes in task manager and when it crashes the install process disappears completely.
There was still 13 days 21 hours 18 mins 27 secs left to install it before the offer ends, hopefully this bug can be sorted by then.

download it right from the company and use the key from this lot to install and reg it ok
Lots of folks experiencing the same and an interesting absence of anyone who actually had the installation conclude successfully. ‘Nuff said!
I’ve tried to post the link to the developer’s download and the posts just disappear…the download from their site actually works without a hitch.

The installer doesn’t work & just cuts out when abouts to install? So cant seem to use this at all guys?
I have tried this several times & I have downloaded form their website, but neither one would work for me.
I downloaded AceThinker Video Keeper from the official site and it worked. The first time I tried AceThinker Video Keeper Pro and got invalid key. When I tried just the AceThinker Video Keeper, I was able to install and the key SOS provided worked.
