Agentes es un App totalmente independiente (no le hace falta Internet solo lo necesita para imprimir un documento o bien enviar un correo electrónico), la información solo la tiene usted y la guarda donde usted quiere, no hay cuotas de mantenimiento y un servicio de apoyo gratuito por un periodo de un mes
Una gestión completa para Agentes Comerciales, Representantes, Comerciantes, Almacenistas, Distribuidores y pequeños fabricantes.
Contiene Fichero de Clientes en el que puedes tener mucha información :
Dirección Comercial y Fiscal con acceso Google Map para llegar hasta ellos fácilmente guiado por satélite,
Teléfono Comercial, fiscal, móvil más teléfono de contacto, puedes llamar directamente desde el propio fichero.
Informe de pedidos pendientes, de recibos pendientes y de la ruta a la que pertenece. Asigna un riesgo que puede editarse pudiendo controlar los recibos pendientes restando los del mismo y sumando cunado dichos recibos se hayan liquidado. Un informe total de todo sus movimientos por fechas semanales, mensuales o anuales.
Gestión y envío de pedidos automático, albaranes y facturas las cuales se emitirán los recibos correspondientes según las condiciones de pago que tenga cada cliente y lo hace automáticamente automáticamente, cuando imprimas la misma.
Gestión de Cobros e Impagados, con resúmenes, semanales mensuales o anuales, recibos cobrados a cuenta de comisiones o salarios.
Productos, foto del los mismos con 5 opciones y dos precios para cada opción, control de ventas y de almacén
Podrá componer rutas y marcar las visitas con hora y fecha de entrada y salida, más observaciones y acciones realizadas con cada uno de ellos.
Podrá contabilizar los gastos, y imprimir un resumen de los mismos o enviarlos por correo electrónico desde el mismo programa.
Para trabajar con cualquiera impresora deberá adquirir PrinterShare en su versión de pago, que por cierto es muy barata y eficaz.
