This application is designed to help track your progression through the workouts contained within the book Convict Conditioning. By using a database to log your sets you are able to keep and review an unlimited set of records of you individual workouts. There are also useful goals and descriptions pages so that you can review your technique on your smart phone during a workout. In addition you are able to log custom sets giving you the ability to augment your workout procedure. I personally have found this to be of much more utility than keeping a paper journal and I hope that you will enjoy using this application as much as I have. Enjoy!
