Find for Android provides a simple way to document and recall information needed, without added fluff of time consuming GUI display and multiple touches to perform a simple lookup function.
The included example search.txt file can be replaced or modified using a standard Android ASCII editor. Each line must be terminated with a carriage return-linefeed. The search.txt file can contain anything from recipes to passwords to anything. The Find search is case insensitive.
FindPro incorporates its own built-in editor (accessible via the Menu key) to provide the user with a rapid update capability. The free version has a 50 line limit - FindPro has no line limit. The free version only allows one search term – FindPro allows two terms. Does not require network access – runs fully standalone on any android phone or tablet.
Help information and the text entry are provided for the user immediately on the opening screen.
Start Find and enter your text string to find – then touch OK. Entering no text will cause all lines to be immediately displayed and are scrollable.
Console type output makes text fully zoomable and easily readable by most individuals. The high contrast display supports maximum visibility in bright lighting conditions

Use the Back button to immediately return to text entry. Touch the Back button again to immediately exit the app.
