Preparation method
Pour evaporated milk into a metal bowl and place in freezer until just beginning to freeze.
Add Dream Whip, icing sugar, vanilla and lemon juice and beat for several minutes, until the mixture is thick and frothy.
Soften gelatin in cold water and then dissolve over hot water or in a microwave on low power.
Beat gelatin into ice cream mixture.
Fold through crushed Oreos.
Turn into a freezer proof container and freeze until firm.
