I've been using it for more than half a year. So far it has always worked and since then I don't have to wait for myself. If I have a task and I notice that I'm procrastinating, I open TaskSTART and do it within 10 minutes.

Now you can stop procrastinating with a simple mental method. A 15-45 seconds focus exercise and description of the task can kick-start the execution and you notice that you are already working on the task.

TASK LIST
Your tasks are added to a list, so you can restart them at any time. Just press the Restart button.

STOPWATCH
You can use the stopwatch to track how much time you spent on a task. Here you can see the minimum and maximum time. This can be important e.g. when planning a household work. You can turn on Stopwatch in Settings.

FOCUS DURATION
The duration of the focus exercise can be 15, 25 or 45 seconds. Choose the one that is most effective for you. You can set the focus duration in Settings.
