This program allows you to remote control (KMTronic) a webserver via Ethernet port that is equipped with 2 relays mode UDP
It does not work as a relay, but as a switch.
It has no function sends pulse and changes state from on to off or from off to on.
Tested Local Network on address 192.168.1.199 and mysite.dyndns.org
