Der Teil 2 ist eine Auflistung der 150 bekanntesten Weingüter von Bordeaux nach den Klassifizierungen von Médoc und Sauternes von 1855. Zudem die Einstufungen von Pessac-Léognan von 1959 und die Premier Grand Cru Classés „A“ und „B“ von Saint-Emilion nach dem aktuellen Stand. Auch bekannte Châteaux, die außerhalb dieser Klassifizierungen liegen, sind in der Liste enthalten. Bei allen Weingütern sind die Klassifizierungsstufe und der Sortenspiegel der Cuvées angegeben.
