@Everyone having issues: Try three things:
a) Make sure you close BitReplica after registering it. You need to make sure to close it from the system tray.
b) If registration doesn’t ‘stick’, try running as admin
c) If all else fails, restart your computer
[@john hammond] [@Tbown23t] [@Eliot] [@Michael a toombs] [@Wyndrydr13] I’ve tested it and registration works just fine. Make sure to a) enter the name SharewareonSale like we gave you and not your own name and b) not include any empty spaces before / after the name or code.

[@Leo] I just tried it. The license code works just fine. Make sure to enter SharewareOnSale as the name and not your own name. As for unwanted programs, we strictly prohibit that in our giveaways and I did not notice anything being installed. However, I will investigate this further and if the developer does this, we will ban them from all future giveaways on SharewareOnSale.
[@Lola Estes] It will work on Win10 but 64-bit only.
[@Mike] You may have to uninstall v9 first, but I’m not sure. At least make sure v9 is closed before you install v9.5.

@Everyone having folks: Folks, this isn’t rocket science. You need to do exactly as we said in the directions — make sure DVDFab Passkey is closed and double-click the license key file. Then reopen DVDFab Passkey. That is all. Alternatively, if that doesn’t work for you, we’ve updated the directions with a license key you can manually enter. Grab it again from us for that key.
