The key will NOT work if you (a) download the software from anywhere other than our website and (b) you use your own name while registering. You MUST (a) download and install it from us and (b) use the name we give you to register.

[@Kenneth Bates] Try getting an IDE to USB connector, connect your dead drive to your working computer via USB, install program on working computer and run it on dead drive.
[@Cebuc] Are you downloading the installer from the developer’s website? That will NOT work. You MUST download it from us.

[@Clairvaux] With such a detailed comment — that you usually make – I would encourage you to post a review for giveaways as opposed to here in the discussion forum. More people read reviews.
