[@Alberto] It is a very large file, your internet connection isn’t downloading it properly (this has nothing to do with our Download Hub). Wait a day or two, we are making changes to Download Hub to help you guys download these large files properly.
[@xilolee] Yeah, this doesn’t officially support Windows 10. Look at the details on our promo page, we don’t list Windows 10.

Internet Explorer is not required — I was asking details so I know why you had the problem that you had. What OS are you? Were you running as admin or standard user? Was your firewall blocking the download? I need more details.

[@Peter Blaise] Download Hub is here to stay. You can either continue to cry about it or you can help me try and fix whatever bug is stopping you from downloading. Do you have Internet Explorer installed?
[@Fred Thompson] Sorry, but I don’t lie. We only install anything if you click ‘Yes’. The only way our Notifier was installed on your computer is if you clicked ‘Yes’ when asked if you want to install the Notifier. Also, please provide more details about what do you mean install failed?

[@Charles B.] The Download Hub clearly asks you a) if you want to DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL (and you have to click ‘Yes’ otherwise nothing is installed) and b) at the final screen we clearly say CLICK FINISH TO START INSTALLING. Nothing is installed on your computer unless you explicitly say ‘Yes’ to it.
However, your point of a post about Download Hub is valid. I have already planned on it and am writing it.
[@Dudry] Download from their website won’t work, you need to download it from us.
[@Kaf Sta] Redownload it from us, I just fixed the problem.
[@SvendÖ] You should never disable AVs when installing something, in my opinion.
[@Kaf Sta] Can you please provide more information on what you were doing when you got this error? Please be very specific, so I know where the problem is.
