[@Pavel] [@stuvv] [@Paulo Leme] Looks like you upgraded to v14, which is not part of this giveaway. Uninstall v14 and reinstall the giveaway (v13). During install, you will be asked to upgrade to Zoom Player MAX v14; that version is not part of this giveaway, if you upgrade to v14 you will NOT get a registered version!
[@Brandi Jasmine] There is no serial number. It is a freeware program. You need to use the coupon vouchers we gave you to purchase in-app purchases for free.

@Everyone: My apologies for the issues, the developer screwed this one up. I’ve asked them to fix it, will update when they do.
[@Kerry Page] That is because the giveaway has now ended. You cannot use the license key anymore to activate the program. You had to use it during the giveaway time period.
